Our People
The common denominator across all Aktrion’s operations are well-knitted, self-managed teams with individuals that are well trained, motivated and highly flexible in their attitude and approach.

Welcome

Aktrion's Operations Management is our business unit that provides skilled and semi-skilled teams of people, plus their associated supervision and management, to run all or part of our client's production, service, or support operation on a short or long-term basis.

Management Service
It is the quality of our management service that distinguishes Aktrion from other providers. The breadth and depth of management capability in our chosen markets and support activity ( HR, Health and Safety, Business Improvement) means we deliver our promises and build long term relationships with customers because they are assured of service delivery, ongoing improvement and reduced risk.

We are able to increase resource flexibility and develop process and productivity improvements so as to reduce overall operating costs. In addition, since all the team are full Aktrion employees, the client is protected from all employment liabilities, costs and regulation administration.
