Aktrion opens office in India

As part of Aktrion's continued organic growth, we are pleased to announce the opening of our India operation. The Head Office of Aktrion India is in Hyderabad, but we also have offices in Pune and Chennai.

Initially, the operations will be focused on providing the Aktrion Quality Services range of services predominantly to the automotive sector. Mr Kumar Sivan, a highly experienced engineer and manager from the automotive and aerospace sectors, has been appointed managing director. Kumar has lived and worked in Europe and USA as well as India with such international companies as Delphi, Siemens and Honeywell.

As Kumar said 'We are very excited about this development and I am personally very pleased to join such a progressive, international and professional organization. At such a great time of development within the Indian manufacturing economy, we look forward to Aktrion providing support services to both the domestic and export market'.
