Service Partners

We operate our service independently through a tried and tested, carefully selected and monitored group of suppliers, which operate nationally and allow our services to be both flexible and scalable.

Our Approved Supplier selection process first and foremost focuses on the right attitude, track record and experience. In addition we insist on

  1. Operating Licences
  2. Maintenance of Plating and Testing records for regular Audit
  3. Maintenance of Vehicle Excise duties
  4. Driver recruitment and vetting to BS7858:2006 standards
  5. Driver licence validation
  6. Regular performance monitoring and reporting processes
  7. Meeting all Aktrion and customer Health and Safety standards
  8. All appropriate insurances including GIT/Employers liability

We have built up effective working relationships with all our suppliers, but we remain independent from them to ensure our ongoing focus sourcing the best possible solution to meet your ongoing requirements.

Our Partner relationships are not left to chance – we have formal agreements in place with all our suppliers that specify service levels, operating procedures and how performance will be measured.
